      Verdict

      Giogiobbo completed a Doncaster hat-trick in June and ran another fine race when fourth in a Class 2 at York last month. He’s a much-improved sprinter who should be thereabouts again. Spirited Guest made all in a ladies’ race at Ascot 12 days ago but was earlier beaten a neck by CASTANA DIA (NAP) here with Invincible Larne in third. He is now worse off at the weights with Chris Wall’s three-year-old, who can win again. Desert Gulf was also a winner here last time and can’t be ignored but Aljari returns from a break.
