Only Wise Dennis, who has finished unplaced in both starts so far, of the six runners has raced previously and it will be a surprise if this does not go to one of the newcomers with Munaddam preferred to Royal Wedding. The last mentioned is likely to appreciate further in due course being by King's Best out of a Blushing Groom mare the selection has more speed in his pedigree. By Aljabr out of a dam who was a half-sister to a dual six-furlong juvenile winner, Munaddam represents the powerful Godolphin stable and is expected to give Frankie Dettori another winner. Ed Dunlop's juveniles tend to need their first start so Ghurra is probably best watched, along with Mick Channon's Love Thirty, who hails from a stable that has had a poor season with their two-year-olds. Of more interest may be Sir Michael Stoute's Santa Fe, who makes plenty of appeal on pedigree being by Green Desert. He has to be respected but preference is for Munaddam.
