Allanit is the obvious one to watch in the betting however BROUGHTONS POINT is only 2lb higher than when winning here last month and is fancied to see off Saggiatore and Outland. Willie Musson's filly didn't win by much here last time out but she showed plenty of resolution and she is yet to run a bad race here. Jamie Mackay knows her well and the pair can prevail once again. Saggiatore is consistent but it was disappointing that she seemed to accept defeat pretty readily at Lingfield last time and with the winner beaten since her profile is starting to look a tad unattractive. Big Wave Bay is up a pound for his Windsor third and his overall form has a solid feel to it, Outland stays well and will find underfoot conditions today much more suitable than his recent good run at Sandown, whilst Lastroseofsummer was behind him at Nottingham in June but has won since and is not discounted off a mark of 64. Hypnotic Gaze won readily at Wolverhampton last time out and under a 6lb penalty is not one to take lightly, a comment that also applies to Allanit. He is 25lbs lower than when he made his UK debut in October 2008 and any market support would look significant. Open stuff once again but preference is for Broughtons Point.
