Not a great deal of strength in depth and Santera, Are You There and Plume d'Oudairies are the trio for the shortlist and we are with Santera. The filly is an out and out plater over both flat and hurdles but she put up an encouraging display on her first start for Alex Hales, and off a feather weight, she should give punters a run for their money at decent odds. Are You There has won over course and distance and would rate a big player if recent runs are forgiven. Plume d¿Oudairies makes obvious appeal with Tony McCoy in the saddle. The assessor had her rated as 108 a year ago and while he has downgraded that assessment, the mare has not troubled the judge. Pip¿s Assertive Way is returning from absence but does at least know how to win in this grade. Ful Of Grace has demonstrated her better form on soft but cannot be discounted in such a moderate event. Bangor winner, Rosie's Result looks best of the rest. As with most horses in this grade, Santera possesses negatives as well as positives, but she could represent value on this occasion.
