Verdict

PASSATO is in the form of his life at present and he is taken to continue in his winning ways at the expense of Mibleu, Silver Adonis and Stagecoach Amber. The selection proved much more at home on a faster surface when gaining victory at Exeter last month. He was back to his best when winning at Stratford last time out and as a result he has been handed a further seven pounds on his rating. His confidence is at an all time high and if he can improve once again he will not be far away come the business end of the race. Mibleu won off a mark of 103 at Newton Abbot last time out and is only four pounds higher as a result. He had Silver Adonis in behind him that day who looks unlikely to reverse the placings. With a nice racing weight to carry and decent recent form he should be noted in the betting market. Stagecoach Amber comes from the Sue Smith stable who after a quiet spell have started to churn out the winners. He comes into the race in great form and will pose as another danger, however, Passato is in the form of his life and gets the narrow vote.
