Verdict

MIDNIGHT SEQUEL was travelling smoothly when falling four out last time, prior to which she'd suggested her winning turn was near with solid placed efforts. Neil Mulholland has given her time to get over that tumble and she makes appeal here. She is better off at the weights with Lady Of Longstone who beat her just three-quarters of a length when the pair met back in May, although the Pipe contender remains a major player having continued to deliver a solid account in similar company. Annaroe suddenly found form last time and is a threat to all if in the same mood here with Karl Marx and Presence Felt also respected in a trappy contest.
