      Verdict

      Lilvanita ran well here this month when really stepping up on her debut effort to run the potentially useful Encantar to half a length. She seems sure to contend but MANHATTAN SKYLINE didn't run at all badly behind Tasleet in Listed company last time and although such form cannot always be taken literally, she is deserving of the chance to get off the mark dropped in class. Invigorate was doing his best work late on in a fair Sandown maiden last time and looks on the improve. He needs this run for a handicap mark and in some ways it's surprising to see him revert to 6f considering how well he stayed on over further last time. He's certainly not discounted.
