Milton Bradley's runners are going really well at the moment and he may have found a great opportunity here for Harmony Hall, who has not won for some time over hurdles, but possess a touch of class compared to most of these and gets in on a handy mark. The nine-year-old was rated as high as 115 over the sticks before concentrating on the flat, but he now races off a 20lb lower mark than that and loves this faster ground. Fit from the flat and with the yard in form he can win. Joshua's Bay was in fairly decent form in the spring, landing a couple of similar contests, before being thrashed at Royal Ascot. A month off since then will have helped and if he is over whatever was wrong there then he can certainly run into a place here. The other two to consider are Saorsie and Dunkerron. The former is a course and distance winner who relishes a sound surface and this trip. However a recent Newton Abbot win means that he looks exposed at the moment and though he should go well, a place looks perhaps his best bet. Dunkerron is another recent winner, having taken a Huntingdon seller in May before coming to grief here last time out. Provided there is no shaking to his confidence for that tumble, he should go well too, though a 7lb rise looks like anchoring him and we will side with Harmony Hall.
