Cresswell Bubbles struggled under her penalty at Bangor recently and is likely to do so again here in a race taken to go to COCKNEY PRINCE, who gets the vote over Ackertac. The last mentioned is trained by Nigel Twiston-Davies, who does well with his runners in bumpers and the newcomer has to be respected. There are several interesting newcomers in this contest with Duke Of Lucca, a son of Milan trained by Philip Hobbs, another worthy of a mention. Of those to have raced previously, Tim Vaughan's Dingat is one of the runners with better claims on form having run creditably in both starts so far. Don McCain's Alpha Way, who has shown form in Irish point-to-points, makes his rules debut today and is another to consider. A market move for Noel Chance's Cherry Star would be of interest first time up but preference is for another newcomer Cockney Prince. Jonjo O'Neill's runners in this grade always warrant respect and the four-year-old makes plenty of appeal on breeding being a son of Old Vic out of a Phardante mare and it would be no surprise to see him being good enough to win on his debut.
