Anko, Not To Be Missed, Zumrah and Don And Gerry look the lively contenders here with the vote going to the last named. Trained by David Evans Don And Gerry managed a to win a bumper around Uttoxeter earlier on in the season and has since run with great credit. His latest run over hurdles saw him finish a gallant third behind Cream Cracker a horse who had previously beaten him on his hurdles debut and where Anko had finshed third. This looks easier and with that in mind is worth staying on the right side of. Not To Be Missed was unable to quicken last time out when second to Rajayoga around here and looked a horse who lacks that extra gear which is needed to win races. He will run his race but may find one too good again. Zumrah looks more interesting as McCoy is booked but was sent off odds on when beaten into third place at Perth last time out. He should improve for that but needs to so for the winner we return to Don And Gerry.
