Miss Shakira is a model of consistency and can gain her first victory here at the expense of Combe Florey and Malay. The selection is relatively lightly raced, having only seen a racecourse three times this season. Her last effort was quite commendable, she finished a fourteen lengths second behind subsequent handicap winner Penneyrose Bay. That is quite strong form in the context of this race and she looks the one to be on. Henry Daly's Combe Florey has shown plenty of promise in two outings this term. She does have a bit to find with our selection on Exeter running but does have plenty of scope for improvement. Malay wasn't beaten far behind Charlton Kings on her Towcester debut and will have learnt plenty from the experience. The best of the remainder could be Paul Webber's Fizzywiz, but Miss Shakira has the more solid form credentials and gets our vote.
