Verdict
Six of NELSON DU RONCERAY's nine career wins have come on soft ground and that factor may just tip things his way over Saute. Iain Jardine's 11-year-old has been making hay at this lowly level and is sure to run his race. Tim Vaughan's charge is clear on official ratings but does seem to prefer a sounder surface and it's a little disconcerting to see him dropped into a seller after pulling up at Aintree and finishing tailed off over fences at Uttoxeter on his only recent starts. Navajo Nation is thoroughly exposed while Levantera disappointed in a claimer over C&D after a debut third at Towcester.
