Verdict

There are few stables operating in better form than Dan Skelton’s at present so recent Uttoxeter winner SHENTRI is sure to be finding plenty of friends in the ring today. Shantou Express made all to win at Stratford over an extended trip last month but a 6lb rise up the weights won’t make life easy. Tom Lacey is fast gaining himself a reputation as a trainer to follow and Flashing Glance relishes decent ground while Forecast has recently returned to Martin Keighley following a spell with Richard Newland.
