Verdict

Paul Nicholls doesn’t have too many summer jumpers but this is a decent pot and Hexham winner GRANGE ROAD has been handed a mark of 120 on his first start over the larger obstacles. Things haven’t panned out for Royal Village lately though he is proven on genuinely decent ground and today’s rider gets on well with him. Coral has won over both hurdles and fences at Worcester and is entitled to have come on for a recent spin at Ludlow. Oscar Montel has won here off a 7lb higher mark though he’ll need to improve greatly upon recent endeavours.
