Cool Spice, Alikat,Tomenoso and Nick's Choice are a handful against the field in a tough race to call for punters and the tentative vote is given to Tomenoso. The selection won well last time out when last seen 420 days ago beating Granite Steps with a little in hand. He returns to the fray off what looks a fair mark has gone well fresh in the past before and under conditions that suit he is taken to score. Cool Spice rates the main danger as he won well last time out when beating Jockser. Granted he has a penalty for that win but he won with a little in hand and he could easily still be ahead of the handicaperAlikat is another worthy of respect on her latest second in a much better race behind Yes Sir. This looks easier but she still looks to have plenty of weight for what she has actually achived and for that reason is opposed. Nick's Choice is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but he looks weighted up to his best and his best efforts have come with much more cut in the ground. Of the remainder Claude Greengrass has dropped to a handy mark and should be noted in the market but for the winner we return to Tomenoso.
