Those to have raced so far look nothing out of the ordinary, and so Dream fantasy is taken to make a winning debut, with Safari Mischief, Bathwick Emma and Mujood worth a mention. Sir Mark Prescott is yet to hit top gear, but you can be sure that Dream Fantasy will be ready to do himself justice. The gelded son of Barathea did hold an entry in the Vodafone Derby at the start of the season, but obviously those plans have been shelved. He is however a half-brother to a winning miler, and after today plans can be made with more certainty. A debut win here is certainly on the cards unless any of the exposed opposition improves markedly. Safari Mischief was too slow to get going at Bath last time and so should appreciate the extra furlong at least, while Mujood might need even further based on his effort at Bath last time. Bathwick Emma was only caught on the line though at Leicester, and a similar run would put her in the frame. In a race that will not take much winning, we return to Dream Fantasy.
