West Coast Flyer was a very easy winner at Ffos Las, despite pulling hard. If he settles better, he could be a useful novice but that’s a remark that could also apply to RUTHLESS ARTICLE, who followed up a maiden victory at Bangor with a fine effort when only beaten a head by Adjutant at Stratford with the rest of the field in another parish. Yccs Portocervo made all at Stratford but will find it more taxing trying to lead from start to finish on this more galloping track. Right Destination was second on his debut under Rules at Killarney when unfancied and there should be more to come now with Fergal O’Brien while Marcel Debruxelles is another likely improver.
