Verdict

Jimmy Rabbitte was a short-priced favourite at Newton Abbot last month after winning at Ffos Las but only beat one home. Mister Universum has gone close the last twice over this trip but continues to creep up the handicap and may find one too good again. DOUBLY CLEVER proved himself to be much better than a plater when scoring here last month for Johnny Farrelly. Luca Morgan again takes off 10lb so he could win again, though Forever Field will strip fitter for a run at Ffos Las. Chaser Bally Longford was still beaten 14 lengths when second here 11 days ago.
