ROYAL AMNESTY is our idea of the winner with Del Mar Sunset and Hold The Gold the alternatives. Linda Perratt's charge was narrowly outpointed at this track last time out but he has been the model of consistency over the last few months and has course and distance form to his name. Del Mar Sunset is difficult to catch right. The handicapper seems reluctant to drop him down the weights. The jury is still out in relation to whether Hold The Gold has trained on or not. Prince Of Light has begun to look very weak in a finish. Saltagioo was easy to back on British introduction. New Star and Red Birr win in their turn. Just Bond is yet to oblige off a mark as high as this. Royal Amnesty looks the best bet in a trappy race. (Ian Brindle)
