An early start and plenty of guesswork involved; Barry Hills has won the last three renewals of this race but he has no runner so that's a rather moot point. Perhaps SWISS DIVA can get off the mark at the fourth time of asking as her form figures suggest she might. David Elsworth has not had the best of recent months but Swiss Diva looks a filly of some potential and this Pivotal filly has proven that she handles soft ground. Her run behind Master Rooney last time reads as solid form and she can gain a first win before being put away for the winter. Royal Collection and Cheam Forever have both shown ability in two starts to date but each may be more of a handicapping prospect, whilst there are several interesting newcomers. Saeed Bin Suroor has his horses in good form so Emirates Sports, a well-related son of King's Best needs respect, as do Raaeidd, a half-brother to Baharah, and both Formula and Catskill Mountain. A guessing game it appears, with the pin landing on Swiss Diva. (Nick Doggett)
