It could pay to side with HANOVERIAN BARON here and he gets the vote over Dabbers Ridge and Beauchamp Viceroy. David Nicholls does well with his sprinters and Hanoverian Baron has a good low draw today in stall 3. He also has William Carson doing the steering which is a big plus in this apprentice claimer and although he has been disappointing on his last two starts, he is eased in grade today. Dabbers Ridge is the obvious alternative as he won in this grade last time when he got the better of Royal Dignitary at Redcar and a reproduction of that effort would give him a big chance, but his high draw could be a negative. Beauchamp Viceroy makes plenty of appeal as he has course and distance winning form, he has a decent draw and a positive jockey booking. Strabinios King has a dreadful draw so he could be one to swerve today, while Haroldini has the best of the draw and he is eased in grade. There are plenty in with chances and the vote goes to Hanoverian Baron.
