ZUWAAR could be another claiming winner for owner Dr Marwan Kukash as Ian Williams' gelding is preferred to Key Regard and Carlesimo. The selection was last seen at Chester in September when a well-held fourth behind Spirit Of Adjisa. He drops in grade today and that coupled with the longer trip should see this course winner go close. Quince also knows how to win here and he comes into the race in good form, however two interesting rivals look to be the Joan Le Brocq pair. Carr Hall looks the second string despite Emmett Stack riding, and it is stablemate Acropolis who looks more interesting. He is rated 75 and the former Ian Semple-trained gelding must be considered. Also of interest is the 11-year-old Carlesimo; Noel Meade's dual-performer has not been at his best this year but on the ratings he is considered with Paul Hanagan an eye-catching jockey booking. Key Regard drops in grade today and Paul Cole's gelding needs to improve slightly for the longer trip this afternoon if he is to feature. Easterly Breeze is another to consider, however it is Zuwaar who is narrowly preferred.
