This is not the strongest of maidens and Derby entry Phantom Flame will not have to improve too much on his debut effort to get off the mark here. The drop back to six furlongs would have to go down as a negative but considering his stable's record with runners of this nature he should be able to make the most of what looks to be a good opportunity. Jagger rates as a big danger after his effort at Lingfield on Wednesday and the extra furlong will be in his favour if he dwells in the stalls again. Notanother failed to live up to her rating of 68 in her latest outing and holds no better than place claims, despite her fillies allowance. Windthorpe is another that looks a little high in the ratings at present and is best watched on his all weather debut.
