Fateful Attraction is preferred here to the likes of Lobengula and Saaratt. The selection was denied a clear run when only narrowly beaten in a blanket finish at Kempton last time. She would have won that day with any luck and from the plum draw tonight she can gain her compensation. Lobengula is a course and distance winner and he was only denied close home last time when he was nailed by Pothos Way. He has a fair draw for one who likes to dominate and he could be hard to catch if he is given an easy lead. Saaratt is on a handy mark at present and she ran her best race for a while last time when third at Lingfield behind Picky. If she can reproduce that form she she can go well, but consistency is not her strong point. Alfie Tupper has been drawn in the car park which will make life tough, so we will stick with Fateful Attraction who can get losses back after his narrow defeat last time.
