In depth

Verdict

Chinese Whisperer gained his only victory to date on this track and was having only his third start in two years when a close third at Newcastle. He should go well though it's difficult to see past SEND IN THE CLOUDS, who has won three of his last four and escapes a penalty for a convincing success at Brighton last week. Global Tycoon has been placed in his last four including around here so is respected after being dropped a pound in the ratings. The lightly-raced Caramay did better at Bath last time but has yet to race on this surface.
