Saeed Bin Suroor has had a quiet season in terms of runner numbers but has won a classic and the strike rate remains quite acceptable. The yard run NEZEEH (NAP) here who made a convincing start to life when looking a decent prospect in scoring with seemingly something in hand at Thirsk. This looks a good next step and he's taken to give the weight away to some interesting types. Both Biographer and Pen Portrait shaped with promise in ordinary maidens and should come forward as a result, with the Crisford charge narrowly preferred of the pair and seen as the main danger. East Bank has been given a good break after failing to follow up a Beverley debut win in the spring and is best watched, whilst the market will hopefully give some idea of what is expected of two interesting newcomers.
