In depth

Verdict

South Kensington was beaten a nose here on her handicap debut having earlier fallen victim to ELEGANT APPEAL in a novices race over track and trip. That form gives the latter every chance now handicapping and Karl Burke’s filly gets the vote. Habrdi and Sala Da Ballo step up in trip for their handicap debuts while Professor Tickle placed again when going close over 6f at Newcastle last time.
