Our shortlist contains Mastership, Tivers Song and and Froissee, with the selection being Tivers Song. Tivers Song was noted making late headway last time in what was possibly a fair race and, given that he should appreciate the step up in trip today, can go well. Mastership has found his feet on Turf of late and, having run well on this surface before, looks to be a leading player, and Froissee caught the eye last time when upped in tripped and tried on the all-weather for the first time. She can go well today from the same mark and in first-time cheekpieces. My Secret, who won that day, is four pounds worse off for having beaten her two lengths so has to be a leading player too. Intersky Sports has been off for nearly three months and, but for his first-time blinkered flop last time on Turf, would come into this race with fair credentials so a good run is not ruled out. Robert The Moon has shown himself to be adept here and, lightly raced, is entitled to some respect, while Green Day Packer might be open to improvement upped in trip on his all-weather debut. Finally, Slipasearcher has not really built on summer promise and it remains to be seen whether today's step up in trip is the answer. Once again, then, the selection is Tivers Song.
