      Verdict

      QUICKSTEP LADY (NAP) finished a creditable third behind the higher rated Shimmering Dawn in a conditions' race at Chelmsford on her first outing since September. That should set her up nicely for this handicap and Andrew Balding’s filly gets the nod. The progressive Heptathlete is upped in class and raised 8lb having landed a hat-trick with last month’s course and distance success while Jaariyah makes her handicap debut having switched to an in-form yard and is preferred to Al Rasmah. Dubai Quality also debuts for new connections having won a maiden in the Godolphin colours last summer.
