    Verdict

    Listed winner Garrus missed the whole of last year and has been gelded and undergone wind surgery during the interim. He has leading claims on these terms if retaining all his ability and should have the measure of both Justanotherbottle and Rayong, who also return to action with the former having beaten the latter at Catterick in October. BLUE DE VEGA ran below par in a handicap last time but was beaten only a length in a Listed sprint at Lingfield before that and has every chance at the weights with an apprentice’s allowance helping his cause.
