        Verdict

        Appropriate, Commandingpresence and Scene Two look the most interesting runners here, with APPROPRIATE looking the correct selection. Scene Two took a while to get the hang of things on his debut, but he shaped well in the closing stages, suggesting that he will have learned from the experience and he can give a good account. Brian Meehan's debutants tend to improve for the run but with the in form Hayley Turner on board Commandingpresence, she will get every assistance from the saddle. The market should be watched for any support for this Thunder Gulch filly. A daughter of Montjeu, Appropriate is brought back in trip for this contest, having stayed on well over a longer distance on her debut. Willie Haggas' filly will come on for the experience, and a drifter in the market that day, Appropriate is likely to attract more support today, and can justify it.
