Two horses come here seeking hat-tricks and narrow preference is for Spirit Of Adjisa ahead of Robert The Brave, with Top Spec also rated a danger. The selection has responded well to the application of blinkers and proven over the trip, he can defy a 4lb rise in the weights. He is open to more improvement and this progressive three-year-old could prove hard to beat. Robert The Brave steps up in trip here so whilst he comes here in top form, he needs to prove that he is effective over this trip, especially as he has disappointed when stepped up in trip in the past. Pitbull is another recent winner and looks sure to run well, whilst Top Spec has been out of luck so far this year but does have the ability and he is one who knows how to win. Esclarmonde is winless in seven starts but he has shown ability, although he isn't straight-forward. Golan Way is capable of a place, and he runs as if he should be suited by the step up in trip this afternoon. An open finale, however Spirit Of Adjisa is taken to complete the hat-trick.
