Rievaulx Valentino is a major player dropped in grade but his best runs have come over the minimum trip and so preference is for Wild Bill Tracey ahead of Mister Christie. Whilst the horse is yet to win in five starts, he has shown ability and with the step up in trip expected to suit, he should run well for his in-form stable. He should hold a good position from his plum draw and with more improvement to come, he is given the vote now also dropped in grade. Mister Christie's sole win came over five furlongs but he has run well over this trip and cannot be ruled out now back in claiming company. Rievaulx Valentino is likely to be high on many people's shortlists given the drop in grade, and whilst he is sure to give a good account of himself, he hasn't appeared to really get home over this trip on his last two outings. Harbour Blues has claims on the pick of his runs and is fairly consistent so is worth a check. At a price Little Firecracker could go well from a low draw and a light weight, however it is Wild Bill Tracey who is given the nod.
