Verdict

Race conditions prevented Christian Howarth from using his allowance when partnering DAHEER to victory in an apprentices’ race here last time. He can utilise his 7lb claim today and the latter is taken to confirm running with both Crackling and Precision Storm. Plumette went close at Beverley recently having won twice at this venue earlier in the year though was beaten by Carey Street here in between. Equion and Greek Flame make their handicap debuts with the latter preferred.
