FRAME RATE has won two of his last four outings on the Flat, including last month’s course and distance success. He found one too good over a shorter trip here last time though still finished ahead of Chef De Troupe. The latter and Quiet Thunder had earlier filled the places over today’s trip at Southwell and are not out of this but Tulane disappointed at Kempton having earlier won at the same track. Ghostly steps up in trip and is preferred to Brute Force off his current mark.
