Fyodor gets the confident vote here with Desperate Dan and Maktavish rating the main dangers. The selection was a good second behind Les Arcs last time out. That form has since been franked and despite top-weight he looks the one to be on. Desperate Dan rates the main danger on his best form but he was very disappointing last time out. However he was done no favours by the draw on that occasion and it would be no surprise if he bounced back to form here but he is also prone to breaking blood vessels and at likely odds he looks worth taking on. Maktavish hails from a yard in top form and has definite place claims but he is far from consistent and was very disappointing for no apparent reason last time out which would be a big negative against him. Dancing Mystery has dropped to a handy mark and could go well at a price but he is hard to win with and for the winner we return to the in-form Fyodor.
