DART has got her act together of late and gets the vote to win again; Victory Quest and Mohawk Star make it to the shortlist. James Fanshawe's filly was impressive when beating Inchpast at Southwell and whilst that form may not be of the highest standard, she still looks to be progressing and a six pound penalty is unlikely to stop her if in the same mood. Pseudonym is also a recent winner, with victory having come at Bath in September. He is a useful dual-performer but recent runs over hurdles have been lacklustre which would have to be a worry. Mohawk Star is very consistent and only lost out by the narrowest of distances last time, Victory Quest is in good form but his best all-weather form is at Southwell, whilst Inchpast is a course and distance winner and is not badly-treated on a mark of 72 at present. Plenty of experience on offer here but it is the less exposed Dart who can hit the bulls-eye.
