Most of these have seen better days, and given the lack of form they've dropped to this grade, but if pushed for a selection, we'd side with NORDIC LIGHT in preference to Fraizer and Mr Loire. The selection looks the pick of Milton Bradley's two runners here, the other being Spanish Ace, who's not won for two years. It's about as long since Nordic Light was home first too, but recently has shown some decent work here over five furlongs. This trip at Kempton didn't suit, but may do here, where he could have won recently but for the jockey dropping his whip when handily placed. Frazier had his first place on the all-weather here last time out, but racing out of the handicap he seemed reluctant to pass the eventual winner when having the opportunity to do so. Mr Loire has an average of one win in 10 and is due a success, which would be his first in more than a year. He is a course and distance winner, along with Nordic Light and All You Need. There are more negatives than positives about these which is why they're racing at this level, so with minimum stakes, we'd tentatively side with Nordic Light.
