Winning Pleasure has been gently knocking on the door of late and chances are it will be answered with John Balding's charge capable of scoring for the first time since last year. Three consistent runs at this track in his last three outings has seen his handicap mark creep higher but, with a well regarded apprentice taking weight off his back, the son of Ashkalani looks to have an excellent chance and is the TEAMtalk selection. D'Accord and Law Breaker are closely matched on their run here nine days ago. The former was doing his best work in the closing stages in a fast run race and this extra furlong could suit him. Sir Desmond did well to win on his AW debut last time out though conditions were fast that day so he may struggle on the forecast slower going. Bella Chica has the shades fitted for the first time here but her recent form has been poor and is probably best avoided. Peru Genie ran in this race last year and won on his penultimate start in Ireland. He disappointed on Saturday night and unless there is significant market support can be overlooked here. Dil has been showing of late he is still a force to be reckoned with and has the beating of Sir Desmond on their latest running but he was slightly disappointing on Saturday and he could have been drawn better. Bella Beguine put in a fine effort in defeat over 7f here last time out having previously won over this trip at Southwell. If getting an easy lead she could be the main danger to the selection.
