An open finale can go to Grand Palace, with Tyrone Sam, Shava and Border Artist just three others in with a chance. The selection represents a stable in fine form and took advantage of a slipping handicap mark to score emphatically last month. Although up 6lbs for that win, he could be capable of going in again especially if his confidence has been boosted by that runaway success. Border Artist hasn't yet won on the all-weather in twenty attempts however his mark continues to inch down and he must have place claims once more. Tyrone Sam could be the main danger however his better runs have come on the other all-weather tracks, so despite him being in rude health at present, we must take him on. Shava is a course and distance winner so must be respected especially as he will appreciate this return to seven furlongs. Only If I Laugh and Mister Elegant have the ability so could go well at decent prices if on a going day, however we will stick with Grand Palace to continue his trainers good form and go in again.
