    Verdict

An intriguing little contest can go to Boscobel, with the rest of the field all in with chances. The selection steps up slightly in trip today after only just getting his head in front last time out at Lingfield and he certainly looks progressive. A 5lb rise in the weights may not be enough to anchor him today and he should be able to take this on his way to better things (as his Derby entry suggests he should). There are plenty of dangers however, most notably Storybook. She made all to win on her debut and a mark of 75 doesn't appear to be too prohibitive. With jockey Neil Callan leading the all-weather jockey's championship at present, she looks assured of a big run however we will take her on on her handicap debut against some more experienced rivals. Stravita defeated a Mark Johnston inmate on her debut so it will be interesting to see which way she goes in the betting on her handicap debut, whilst Copper King brings plenty of experience to the field today. However he is held by the selection on their one meeting so far so is opposed today, with the step up in trip not appearing to be ideal. New World Order's mark of 78 makes him an interesting contender, having been highly tried in Ireland last year. The step up in trip looks sure to suit so he must have leading claims. Ede's Dot Com's mark of 81 looks stiff enough considering he has struggled since winning his maiden. Stepping up in trip today he is taken on, and we will return to Boscobel to further enhance his reputation and complete the hat-trick.
