Man Of Vision gets the nod here ahead of Reciprocation and newcomer Silkwood. The last-named is an interesting debutante from the Michael Jarvis yard and warrants respect, especially if the money comes for her. However the selection holds the best form on offer and Mick Channon's colt gets the vote. Despite rearing-up in the stalls last time out, he still managed to finish a fast-closing second to the useful looking Noojoom. The step up in trip looks sure to suit, and if breaking sharper today, he must go very close indeed. Reciprocation was well-fancied before his debut over course and distance three weeks ago and if building on that effort he must hold leading claims. The stable's horses normally improve greatly for their debut, and whilst his Derby entry catches the eye, he has a poor draw today and must be opposed, especially as he may want further in time. Picky is one who should improve for his debut, however we will side with Mick Channon's Man Of Vision to land the spoils.
