Amberlina has put up two excellent displays so far and looks set to land this maiden from Kumala Ocean and Goodbye Ben. This Irish challenger was second at Down Royal before running well over course and distance, when chasing home Mount Ephram. That was a slightly better race than this and she should be capable of losing her maiden tag. Kumala Ocean is well exposed but did well at Southwell last time when a close up third to Dematraf, and could be vying for a place. Goodbye Ben on the other hand has had just one outing finishing well down the field in a hot Newmarket maiden last month. The fact that John Gosden sends this colt here for only his second run suggests it is no world beater, but he has to be respected in this company. The others make little appeal, so Amberlina looks to have an easy opportunity and gets the verdict
