AZLAA is the nomination in a competitive looking race. She won over course and distance last time out, is from the highly respected Richard Hannon yard and despite a penalty can take this race. Falkland Flyer shouldn't be dismissed lightly in this race as despite the bare form reading pretty dismally his fifth behind the unbeaten Vanguard Dream at Newbury is reasonable form to bring here. Whitstable Native and Melbury have shown nothing in maidens and need to find considerably better to compete here. Franciscan for Luca Cumani has claims if he shows continued progression and responds well to nursery company. Jibaal has had some tough looking maidens particularly behind the unbeaten and superb Wootton Bassett in June. He should be involved in the fight for the frame, whilst Polar Auroras looks to be a significant danger with a progressive form line.
