        Verdict

        Karl Burke sent MOUNT ARARAT for a Listed race in France in July where he was beaten only a length in fourth. He’s not raced since but has been gelded during the interim and is preferred to Simple Thought on his return to action. Rated 79, the latter should figure again despite coming up short in maiden company at Kempton when finishing in front of Tofan with Tappity Tap well beaten. Cosmic Landscape showed good progress at Lingfield on his return from a lay-off and My Town Chicago also finished closer at this track last week and steps up in trip.
