In depth

Verdict

A small field and hard to rule out any, however preference is for Sempre Libera ahead of Firewalker and Mission Impossible. The selection was second on debut and ran well considering it was her first outing on the racecourse and she shaped nicely having been slowly away. A more professional beginning today and she could take all the beating. Mission Impossible is a nice sort and was highly thought of but his career hasn't gone to plan so far. There was more promise in a recent run but it must be said that his best runs to date have been over the minimum, and not this, trip. Mad Man Will needs to improve on his debut run, whilst Fantadot is held behind the selection on their run and needs to pull out improvement from somewhere to turn the tables. Firewalker completes the field but shouldn't be overlooked having shown promise in earlier runs, however Sempre Libera has the most scope and should oblige.
