In a race that is little better than a seller, White Park Bay is taken to score ahead of the so far disappointing Just Jennifer and Just Serenade. White Park Bay flopped badly when tried over a mile and a quarter at Ripon in April but shaped much better in a class F classified event at over seven furlongs last time, finishing a fair third. Although never looking likely to prevail, she showed enough to suggest that this weak race is well within her capabilities. John Quinn's filly gets the vote ahead of Just Jennifer who has not progressed from her two-year-old days when tried against decent maidens. She did though finish runner-up here in April on the second of two visits and although well beaten twice since at Leicester, it would not surprise us if she were to be placed. Just Serenade's only victory came over hurdles at Stratford last September but a recent close second at Southwell augurs well for her chance here. The rest look woeful, and for the winner we return to White Park Bay.
