A tricky opener. Kielty's Folly is consistent enough but has been looking a few pounds high since scoring at Kempton and is held by Mr Maximus on their run behind Grey Boy here last month. Dauntsey Park would have a chance on his close second from a 4lb higher mark here last May, though he's still a maiden, but Pie Poudre has been in fine form since the turn of the year and looks certain to give a good account. It was a very poor affair that BARTON BOUNTY won here last time but it was a much-improved performance and a 7lb rise in the weights may not be enough to prevent a follow-up.
