        Verdict

        Zorn could be rewarded for a string of consistent efforts here and he is taken to get his head in front at the main expense of Beveller and Brown Dragon. The selection finished clear of the rest when a good second behind Amanda¿s Lad at Southwell last time. That was a good effort and if he takes to this surface on his first try here then he should take plenty of beating. Beveller remains a maiden after 20 starts but he has been running creditably of late, including when second behind Sedge over this course and distance last time, so he is respected. Brown Dragon ran well behind Crusoe over 6 furlongs last time and this step up in trip will suit, so it would be no surprise to see him run a big race. However, for the winner we will stick with the consistent Zorn.
