Peachey Carnehan is 6-37 around here and back on the same mark as when last successful in October. He finished just over a length behind Okaidi when the latter was runner-up here last month and there's unlikely to be much between them again. DARK DESIGN (NAP), three times successful on Turf in Ireland, made a winning start for Henry Spiller at Chelmsford despite finding 6f on the short side. A 2lb rise looks manageable and a double looks on the cards. Intervention never won in 21 starts in Ireland but made a promising start for new connections here just over a month ago and shouldn't be long getting off the mark. Broughtons Flare has been running on over further but has won from much higher marks and has a 7lb claimer on board.
